The P/A SEA Change subaward from AAAS has been canceled, as result of the recent NSF grant terminations. Due to the generosity of the physics/astronomy community, the program is still continuing, but with some activities at a reduced level.

This webinar will cover the proposal submission process, highlight important "take-aways", and address any issues you may have encountered with the system. Additionally, this will be the last opportunity to obtain "real-time" answers from the ACEIR 2.0 Team prior to the proposal due date.

This is an interactive workshop, a collaboration between the International Astronomical Union Women in Astronomy and the European Astronomical Society EDI Working Group. The workshop explores how unconscious bias impacts recruitment, leadership, and collaboration in astronomy. Through real-world examples, role-playing exercises, and group discussion, participants will explore practical strategies to recognize and reduce bias in research settings and institutional practices.
