"Welcome to the 11th year of the Women+ in Physics Canada (WIPC+) Conference. This conference aims to foster inclusivity and diversity within the physics community by providing a platform for gender minorities and their allies to share research, network, and develop professionally. "The SGMA committee is looking to support 10 local, small-scale events that will support LGBTQ+ communities within astronomy and physics for 2025. If you have an LGBTQ+ community at your academic institution that you can organize an event for that can be fully or partially supported with $100, we want to give you a mini-grant! As we are evaluating your mini-grant proposals, we will be looking for creative ways to build up your community, and to support LGBTQ+ people within astronomy. Deadline May 16."
