Many are already listed (for ex., here at Northwestern, all postdocs are considered staff and are eligible for paid maternity leave -- we're working on changing this to paid family leave). But the list is nowhere complete. The more postdoc policies we have on the wiki, the more useful the special session will be on the postdoc front.
